Crystal Care Collection is seeking Care Assistants to provide high-quality care, support independence, and ensure residents feel safe, respected and valued. You’ll help with personal care, meals, activities and companionship, delivering compassionate, person-centred support every day.

You’ll work a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three off, with Full Time Days: 8:00am–8:00pm (about 42 hours/week).

Responsabilités

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs.
• Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, providing companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and hobbies that enhance wellbeing.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and promptly report concerns; maintain care records.
