Job summary

Cera Care is recruiting a Care Assistant for the Extra Care Unit at Quarry House in NJ. You will support residents with personalised care plans to help them live as independently as possible, while delivering compassionate, respectful care.

The role includes assisting with daily living activities, meals, and medication support, and you will be part of a caring team in a community-focused setting. Training and development are provided to help you grow in your role.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personalised care and support plans to promote independence.
• You may assist with housework or getting up in the morning, share meals, listen, and help with medication, bathing and dressing.
