Job summary

Cera Care Marlborough House Extra Care Unit is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with varying needs, helping them live as independently as possible and following personalised care plans.

You will work full-time, assisting with daily tasks, meals, medications, and personal care, while delivering compassion and building trust with residents. Training and development are provided to grow within our academy.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with varying needs to live as independently as possible, following personalised care and support plans.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks such as housework, meals, and getting up in the morning.
• Provide medication support or assistance with washing and dressing as required.
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and a listening ear to residents.
