Job summary

Bridgemead Home in Bath is seeking a Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team. This full-time role (36 hours weekly) involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents at our 32-bed home by the river.

You will support daily living, dignity, and wellbeing for older people, including those living with dementia. We seek compassionate, adaptable staff who work well in teams, are well-organised, and take pride in a professional, caring approach.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable Care Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated Care Team.
• Experience in providing care and an understanding of dementia is essential.
• You need to be someone who enjoys working with older people and has empathy, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Be well-organised, adaptable and practical and able to work in a team.

We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable Care Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated Care Team at Bridgemead Home, our residential care home for older people in Bath

Our enthusiastic team provides high-quality care and support 24 hours a day, helping residents live with dignity, comfort and independence. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of our residents through person-centred care and meaningful relationships.
