Job summary

Astor Care & Nursing Agency is seeking kind, caring people to join our friendly team of care assistants serving the Guildford and Godalming areas. You must be able to drive and have your own car to take clients to appointments or outings.

We provide full paid training, weekly pay, and generous mileage (40ppm) with paid travel time and extra for bank holidays. Roles vary from under 10 hours a week to evenings and weekends, with weekend availability highly valued.

Astor Care is looking for kind, caring people to join our friendly team of Care assistants in the Guildford and Godalming areas.

In order to apply for this role you need to be able to drive and have your own car in case you have to take clients to appointments or out shopping.

Would you prefer a job that gives you a real sense of satisfaction and makes a difference?

Some of our Care assistants work less than 10 hours a week and might just work a half day at the weekend for breakfast or tea time calls or a couple of evenings. This works out well for them and for our clients. You can of course work other hours throughout the week but candidates with weekends and evenings are always at a premium for us.

Duties vary between clients but may include:

Helping with washing, dressing, personal care

Tidying the house

Shopping

Companionship and social visits

We provide full, paid training and pay competitively (£13.50ph - 15.20ph) mileage between clients (40ppm), paid travel time and extra for bank holidays.
