Job summary

Beaumont Health Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide compassionate, personal care to residents. You will support daily activities, communication needs, and wellbeing in a welcoming home environment.

Shifts rotate across seven days with early, late, and night options. Full training and development are provided, along with a competitive salary, generous holidays, free uniform, onsite parking and pension contributions. No prior care experience required.

About the role

As a Care Assistant you will be:

• Delivering quality personal care to each of our residents, supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene.

• Understanding our residents' communication needs and adapting your communication Support to the individuals and their families, offer confidence and reassurance.

• As team player who works well with others, a natural easy communicator, patient and understanding with the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.

• Good observation skills, a sense of humour and a positive outlook.

• You may have no experience as a Care Assistant so we offer full training and development – you may have worked in a retail, supermarket, customer service, warehouse or other people focused environments or just returning to work

The working shift patterns on a rota over seven days:

8.00am - 8.00pm

8.00am - 2.00pm

2.00pm - 8.00pm

8.00pm - 8.00am
