Mindbloom in the United States is seeking a Care Advocate for our remote-first, independent contractor team. You will engage with prospective clients by phone or text, guiding them toward the first step of healing with our ketamine therapy program.
You’ll address questions, build trust, and help families make informed decisions about psychedelic therapy. This role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and client-centered support.
We’re on a mission to e nd America’s mental health crisis. Founded in 2018, Mindbloom is the #1 trusted brand in psychedelic therapy.
Today, we’re the first and largest national provider of ketamine therapy for depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Our product is the most clinically effective and premium client experience by far, all while being affordable to everyday Americans, 100% from the comfort and convenience of home.
Every day, we hear stories of transformation from clients like Leslie, “I suffered from crippling anxiety, depression, and became treatment-resistant. I tried Mindbloom out of literal desperation. Ketamine therapy has changed my life – perhaps even saved it”.
Tomorrow, Mindbloom will offer the next generation of psychedelic medicines, including MDMA and psilocybin.
The care teams you build are the care you deliver.
Mindbloom is an intense, mission-obsessed, and fun environment. We might take our work a little too seriously, but never ourselves. Clients come first, and we hold a high bar for talent and performance.
