OU Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist for the Cardiac Cath Lab. The position may vary from Level 1 to Level 3 based on individual qualifications, offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and student loan repayment assistance up to $25,000.

Position Title: Cardiovascular Technologist /Radiology Tech – Cardiac Cath Lab
Department: Cardiac Cath Lab
This position may be filled as an Interventional Technologist Level 1, 2, or 3, depending on individual experience, certifications, education, and other qualifications.
Location: University of Oklahoma Medical Center
Shift: Full‑Time, 40hrs per Week, 10hr shifts, call required

Under general to limited supervision and direction, this intermediate‑level position accepts independent clinical and non‑clinical duty assignments to deliver specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services.
Education: Graduate of an accredited radiography program required. Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited program with emphasis in a primary cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty preferred. Candidates within 6 weeks of graduation may be considered.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience.
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Must meet eligibility requirements for ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI in the cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty required by the department and be achieved within 12 months of hire date. Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
Education: Graduate of an accredited radiography program required. Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited program with emphasis in a primary cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience. One year of experience as a certified or registered cardiovascular or radiologic technology professional in the specialty preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: ARDMS, ARRT and/or CCI credentials in the cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty required by the department must be current upon hire or advancement. Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
Education: Graduate of an accredited radiography program. Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited program with emphasis in a primary cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty preferred.
Experience: 5 or more years of experience required.
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: ARDMS, ARRT and/or CCI credentials in the cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty required by the department must be current upon hire or advancement. Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
Ability to apply principles of cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology, medical imaging, medical terminology, patient positioning, and medical ethics. Must work effectively as part of a team, follow instructions, and report for work as scheduled. Demonstrates sensitivity to patients’ physical and psychological needs, maintains accurate records, makes appropriate recommendations, and exercises discretion with confidential information. Capable of multi‑tasking, staying calm in stressful situations, understanding operations, policies, and procedures, and working with minimum supervision while displaying a high level of initiative and commitment.
