OPEN JOB: Cardiovascular Technologist - Cath Laboratory
LOCATION:Eureka, California
**Relocation Available

**This is a full time,1040 - 10 Hour Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week, day shift position.
SALARY: $99,819 to $125,236
FULL-TIME
FULL BENEFITS

  • Under general direction of the Department Manager and/or Lead Technologist, and in collaboration with the Medical Director of the Cath Lab, cardiologists, radiologists, and other medical staff, the Cardiovascular/ Interventional Imaging Technologist is responsible for the performance of advance cardiovascular and interventional imaging procedures.
  • Serves as a customer service representative to patients, their families, the public, and the medical staff.
  • Participates in quality assurance and organizational improvement activities.
  • Provides age-appropriate care (e.g., assists with data collection and providing care) for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of ARRT School, orequivalent education/ experience
  • California Radiologic Technologist upon hire
  • National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Associationupon hire

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional training in angiocardiography, orequivalent education/ experience
  • Advanced registration from ARRT in Cardiovascular and Interventional imaging upon hire
  • 2 years experience as a scrub technician in an acute care hospital
