CHI St. Vincent in Arkansas seeks a Cardiovascular Technologist to operate advanced interventional imaging in the cath lab, contributing to life-saving diagnostics and therapies.

You will perform specialized examinations of the heart and blood vessels under physician guidance with a focus on precision and safety. You will prepare patients, operate radiologic equipment, and provide critical data for interpretation while maintaining up-to-date standards.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience as a cardiovascular technologist in a cath lab.
• ARRT radiography certification upon hire.
• RCIS, RDCS or similar cardiovascular certifications upon hire.
• CPR and ACLS certifications within specified timelines.

Mansioni

• Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning according to the order.
• Routinely apply sterile techniques and safety practices for patients and staff.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate and maintain radiology equipment to prevent failures.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Cardiovascular Technologist, you will be at the forefront of cardiac care, utilizing cutting-edge imaging technology to directly impact life-saving diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Every day, you will expertly perform specialized interventional diagnostic and therapeutic examinations of the heart and blood vessels under physician guidance, meticulously preparing patients, operating advanced radiologic equipment, and contributing critical data for interpretation. You'll ensure the safe, efficient operation of all equipment while maintaining mastery of our latest standards and protocols.

To be successful in this role, you will combine advanced technical proficiency in cardiovascular imaging with a meticulous eye for detail, a commitment to patient safety, and a drive for continuous learning within a dynamic and collaborative Cath Lab team.

• Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning respective to the imaging order
• Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself.
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures.

We are offering up to a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements

Required

• At least (2) year experience as a cardiovascular Technologist in cath lab setting.
• Medical Radiographer: AR, upon hire and
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire or
• Registered Cardiac Electr, upon hire or
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, upon hire or
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 90 Days and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months

Pay Range

$32.30 - $48.05 /hour
