Aspire Talent Solutions in Montana is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist to join a hospital Cath Lab team. The role supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with relocation assistance.

The position offers a permanent or PRN employment type with a primary shift 0630–1730 and volume-dependent variability. Compensation includes a $10,000 retention bonus and shift differentials, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience or graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular program.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• Completion of the Cardiovascular Science Exam (preferred).
• Completion of the Cardiovascular Invasive Registry Exam (preferred).
• Current RCIS Registration (preferred).
• ACLs Certification (recommended).

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in managing diagnostic and interventional procedures by scrubbing and managing the sterile field
• Monitor and report hemodynamic data throughout procedures
• Perform X-ray duties, routine or delegated, in accordance with Cath Lab standards and policies
• Operate under the direction of Cardiologists, the Cath Lab Manager, Anesthesia, and R.N. Circulators
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage electronic files in compliance with departmental standards
• Uphold safety protocols including proper handling of chemicals and blood-borne pathogen precautions
