Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a part-time Cardiovascular Technician for Voorhees, NJ. You will perform clinical cardiology procedures including ECGs, phlebotomy, Holter monitor application, and stress testing, working 7:00am to 3:30pm or 7:30am to 4:00pm, every other weekend.

Experience with stress tests and Holter monitoring is preferred; a high school diploma is required and BLS is needed. Various benefits accompany employment and opportunities to contribute to patient care close to home.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cardiac arrhythmias and heart blocks.
• Stress test experience and Holter monitor placement/scanning.
• BLS certification.
• Cardiovascular Tech Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cardiovascular stress testing (Regular/Nuclear/Stress Echo) and report preparation.
• EKG/ MUSE editing; phlebotomy at Voorhees location.
• Assist cardiologist with echocardiograms and stress test reports.
• Holter monitor application and scanning.
