CompHealth is seeking a Cardiothoracic surgeon in Roanoke, VA with experience in high-volume CT surgery, including CABG, valve, and aortic repairs. The role involves a mix of call, clinic, and surgical duties, with thoracic and robotic procedures as part of the practice.

Excellent coordination with housing, travel logistics, credentialing, and ongoing assignments is provided through specialized support teams.

Qualifications

• Mix of call, clinic, and surgery schedule.
• Ongoing 1 - 2 week assignments.
• 650 - 700 CT surgery cases annually.
• Approx. 1/3 of cases are CABGs.
• Thoracic and robotic surgery involved.

Responsibilities

• Performs CABGs, valves, and aortic aneurysm repair.
• Thoracic and robotic surgery support as needed.
• Coordinate with housing, travel, credentialing teams.
