Ascension-St Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, WI

• Join a well-established practice with a large referral base.
• Experience required - with 5-7 years preferred.
• CALL - Weekdays 1:2 or 1:3 (very flexible on how it would be split) and Weekends 1:2 or 1:3.
• Join one of the highest quality outcome teams in the Nation.
• Referral base of 150+ Primary Care Clinicians and 20+ Cardiologists.

• Beautiful, state-of-the-art facility, new 90-bed patient tower; 30 dedicated to Cardiovascular.
• 2 dedicated CV OR rooms - one dedicated to the Heart Team every day.
• 1 Hybrid OR Room.
• 2 - XI Davinci Robots.
• Structural Heart Program - CV surgeons support TAVR.
• Performing over 250+ open heart procedures annually.
