Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Surgeon to join a three-surgeon team at Regions Hospital (St. Paul) or Methodist Hospital (Saint Louis Park).

The role covers all adult cardiothoracic surgeries in a high-volume practice, including complex coronary, valve, dissections and aneurysms. BC/BE in Cardiothoracic Surgery is required; experience outside fellowship preferred, and new graduates will be considered.

HealthPartners is searching for an experienced, dynamic, innovative Cardiovascular Surgeon to join our team at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN or Methodist Hospital in Saint Louis Park, MN. This opportunity would be part of a three-surgeon group and highly skilled team of advanced practice clinicians. This position would be based at Regions Hospital, a Level 1 trauma center, or Methodist Hospital, with a practice that encompasses all adult cardiothoracic surgeries. This is a high-volume practice with complex coronary, valve, dissections, and aneurysms. Candidates must be BC/BE in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Experience outside of fellowship preferred. PAY RANGE:$760,000 - $1,100,000.00 annually

PAY RANGE STATEMENT:Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.
