Your ability to clear the way, extrapolate intricate details, attend to complex situations, and serve as a trusted go-between makes you a perfect fit for the Hypertension (HTN) Center Key Account Business Manager role at Syneos Health.

The Hypertension (HTN) Center Key Account Business Manager is a specialized sales role focusing on providing value and driving performance at health network centers and affiliated outpatient clinics. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise and a successful sales background within the CVRM space, with pre-established relationships for access. You will serve as a leader for insights and knowledge sharing regarding these centers and create a systemic approach to influence sales goals for TRYVIO within your assigned geography.

In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Build champions and advocacy through KOL development, engagement, and advocacy among cardiologists, nephrologists, high-profile internal medicine HCPs at key AMCs and HTN Centers, including efforts with NP/PAs and pharmacists.
  • Drive appropriate use of TRYVIO and focus on volume growth within targeted HTN centers and HCPs by engaging them to promote early and appropriate use of TRYVIO through clinical and sales expertise, working within AMCs and integrated delivery systems.
  • Engage outpatient clinics affiliated with HTN Centers to increase awareness of TRYVIO and facilitate its incorporation into their prescribing practices to boost sales.
  • Attend conferences to understand the healthcare landscape and engage HCPs.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer needs and demonstrate credibility as an HTN expert.
  • Collaborate with brand and internal teams to develop resources and tools supporting account objectives.
  • Maintain and update strategic account plans using CRM tools aligned with business goals.
  • Achieve performance goals and leverage productivity metrics.

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience and 2+ years of account management experience
  • Experience within the broader cardio-metabolic renal space, including hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, heart failure, and CKD
  • Existing relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and stakeholders within CV, nephrology, and internal medicine at key centers
  • Experience working within academic medical centers and hypertension centers, following distinct care models
  • Experience with brands in integrated delivery networks, including inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight
