Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications for Specialty Representative: Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales or clinical experience OR Associate degree with 6 years of sales or clinical experience OR High school diploma with 8 years of sales or clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to achieve territory targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access and handling reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Support and learn within a collaborative team to sustain passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle.
