Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Sonography or Radiology or related field within 3 months of hire OR completion of a 12-month ultrasound program within 3 months of hire.
• Registered by ARDMS/CCI or registry-eligible and registered within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers pre- and post-procedure patient care including assessment and CPR.
• Ensures daily calibration and maintenance of equipment; troubleshoots issues.
• Generates ultrasound images of the heart and vascular structures.
• May provide staff training and education.
• Maintains patient data, reports and storage systems; retrieves stored information.
