Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead the Cath Lab and related departments. This full-time role oversees daily administrative and clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to guidelines.

The position requires RN or RCIS credentials and state licensure, plus strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive performance and safety. Eligible to work in the U.S. is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven+ years of direct experience in lieu of degree.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• RN or RCIS credentials required; BCLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily cardiovascular services operations including high standards of care and safety.
• Oversees inventory management and supply utilization for readiness and efficiency.
• Monitors financial and operational data to align with budget goals.
• Maintains charge master and ensures accurate billing.
• Oversees staff training and education to ensure competency.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and quality controls.
