Qualifications

• Requires RN with Director/Managerial experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• ACLS and BLS Certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations of the cardiovascular services department.
• Provide leadership in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction.
• Liaise between patients, physicians, and staff to maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure productivity and cost minimization within the department.
• Oversee staff performance, including hiring, training, and evaluating.
• Supervise a team across 4 labs, Neurointerventional Suite, and EP/Echo procedures.
