The Cardiovascular Sales Specialist is a multifaceted sales professional who promotes the products and services of the Surgical Structural Heart division and educates customers on the safe and effective use of these devices.

This position requires travel throughout Wisconsin and will cover Milwaukee, Madison, Wausau, and Green Bay. Candidates should be based in Milwaukee or surrounding areas. The selected candidate must reside in the local region.

How you'll make an impact:

  1. Identify sales opportunities based on patient and surgeon needs.
  2. Tailor product recommendations to facilitate excellent patient and procedural outcomes and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  3. Successfully launch new products, develop new business opportunities, and promote adoption among established customers by guiding physicians and staff to reach expertise and achieve positive patient outcomes.
  4. Educate physicians on medical literature, concepts, and procedures related to Surgical Heart products.
  5. Prepare complex analyses for accurate targeting and planning by account, product, and therapy.
  6. Develop sales forecasts and execute strategic plans for the territory.
  7. Maintain thorough territory knowledge, including competitive activity and customer utilization practices.
  8. Prepare and negotiate pricing offers and contracts in collaboration with senior management strategically.

What you’ll need (Required):

  1. Bachelor’s degree required
  2. 5 years of Medical Device Clinical Sales Experience
  3. Operating room sales experience
  4. Consistent success in territory and account management

  1. Implantable Cardiovascular Surgical Device Sales for more than 3 years
  2. Experience launching and selling new technology
  3. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
  4. Strong teamwork skills
