Job summary

Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a Staff RN for the Cardiovascular Intermediate unit on the night shift. You will provide general nursing care across the continuum and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: performs health status assessment applicable to patient population.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: documents planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluates responses and updates plan with the care team.
• Leadership: participates in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations: contributes to safe, efficient unit operations.
