Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in research.
• Master's degree with 6 months of research experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or managing small to moderate-sized projects.
• Strong customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Manage key aspects of small to moderate research projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of team members working on assigned studies and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Work closely with leadership to address challenges and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
• Maintain strong customer service and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships.
