In our Cardiac Cath Lab, our technologists work closely with interventional cardiologists to employ a range of interventional techniques designed to improve blood flow to the heart and reduce the need for open-heart surgery. Cardiovascular Radiological Tech - CVRT – Cardiac Cath Lab

Bring your talents to New York-Presbyterian/Queens and become part of our dedicated team leading in interventional cardiac services. We utilize innovative techniques, such as radial catheterization through a small wrist incision, to make urgent cardiac procedures easier for many patients. Our state-of-the-art digital fluoroscopic laboratories enable highly skilled specialists to perform radiographic procedures to diagnose and treat various cardiac issues. Our team approach supports our hospital's commitment to Putting Patients First.

This position involves 10-hour shifts with a rotating schedule starting between 7:30 am and 10 am. On-call duty is required after orientation.

Preferred Criteria

  • Prior IR, Cath Lab/EP experience preferred.
  • BLS/ACLS certification
  • RCIS certification (required within 3 years of hire)

Required Criteria

  • Current New York State Radiology Technologist License
  • Cardiac Interventional Radiography Certification (CI from ARRT)

$51.38-$61.65/Hourly
