Job summary

Terrebonne General Health System is seeking a Cardiac Quality Coordinator to coordinate, monitor, and improve cardiovascular care across the continuum. You will oversee adherence to national quality standards and analyze outcomes to drive improvements.

Lead performance initiatives, support accreditation programs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, experience, and population health within our hospital system in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Louisiana; BSN preferred.
• 3-5 years clinical experience, Telemetry or Critical Care preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership ability.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computer applications (MS Office / databases) preferred.
• Knowledge of performance improvement or patient safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and improve cardiovascular quality across the continuum of care.
• Oversee compliance with national cardiovascular quality standards.
• Analyze clinical outcomes and facilitate performance improvement initiatives.
• Support accreditation and certification programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, experience, and population health.
