Allina Health is offering a one-year cardiovascular prevention fellowship through the Nolan Family Center for Cardiovascular Health at the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation. The program provides mentored research and clinical exposure across urban, suburban, and rural sites, with funded opportunities to attend national meetings.

Position start date is July 1, 2027. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from an approved school of medicine.

Responsabilités

• Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
• Practices with consideration for cultural diversity, autonomy, and legal responsibilities.
• Charts in electronic format per licensure and scope.
• Participates in multidisciplinary team case management.
• May provide care in ambulatory, inpatient, or outpatient settings.
• May participate in on-call rotations.
• Utilizes quality improvement tools to enhance patient care and workflows.
• May participate in peer review and quality assurance.
