1103 Team Member Services seeks an experienced RN Manager to oversee staffing, orientation and discipline while promoting a positive, inclusive hospital environment. You will manage budgets, lead quality initiatives and ensure high‑quality patient care across departments.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS certification, and 1+ year of related experience (2+ years preferred); strong leadership and collaboration with physicians and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing required.
• Master's of Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 1+ year related experience required; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities
