AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the cardiovascular team. You will develop and implement evidence-based measures to improve care for electrophysiology and cardiovascular patients, coordinate education, and support data collection for quality initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN license, and 1+ year of cardiac care; CPR, ACLS, and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in Florida
• Bachelor’s in Nursing required
• Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements evidence-based measures to improve cardiovascular care quality.
• Supports data collection for process and quality improvement.
• Coordinates patient education and care from diagnosis through treatment.
• Provides telephone and face-to-face consultations with patients.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Acts as liaison to physicians’ offices for orders and documentation.
• Maintains professional relationships with customers and ensures timely work.
• Facilitates scheduling with coordinators, physicians, and patients.
