• Develops and implements patient care plans with input from patients and families.
• Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team and serves as a resource for colleagues.
• Demonstrates leadership responsibilities as assigned, including orientation and supervision tasks.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and applies the AACN Synergy Model in practice.
