Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Medical Science Liaison to collaborate with medical and scientific leaders, delivering fair, objective information and product education to Key Contacts in compliance with policies and regulations.

The MSL will build scientific relationships, translate complex data into clinical practice, and support Medical Affairs strategies through collaboration with field colleagues and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA) preferred.
• 2+ years of MSL experience preferred.
• Cardiovascular or other specialty experience with rapid disease-state expertise.
• Strong scientific & clinical acumen.
• Ability to translate complex data into clinical practice.
• Collaborative, action-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain scientific relationships and understand clinical practice areas.
• Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to customer-centric tactical engagement plans for Medical Affairs.
• Maintain knowledge base through continuous literature awareness.
• Collaborate with field Medical colleagues and Commercial teams to share insights.
• Respond to unsolicited inquiries from HCPs/investigators with real-world data.
