Job summary

Syneos Health in Orlando invites a Medical Science Liaison to collaborate with medical and scientific leaders, delivering fair, balanced scientific information and product education to key contacts in compliance with policies and regulations.

The MSL will build relationships, translate complex data into clinical practice, and support Medical Affairs strategies with a customer-centric approach, while staying current with literature and real-world evidence.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA)
• 2+ years of MSL experience preferred
• Experience in cardiovascular or other specialty therapeutic areas preferred
• Strong scientific & clinical acumen
• Ability to translate complex scientific data into clinical practice
• Drive for self-development, collaboration, and action-oriented work ethic

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, informative, fair-balanced, and compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Serve as a medical and subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders and understand clinical practice areas of interest for our client.
• Integrate scientific data into real-world practice to meet customer needs.
• Develop a customer-centric tactical engagement plan to support Medical Affairs strategies.
• Maintain knowledge base with ongoing learning and awareness of literature for meaningful scientific exchange.
• Collaborate with field-based Medical and Commercial colleagues to share insights in support of internal/external activities.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries from HCPs/investigators with relevant data and real-world evidence.
