Syneos Health is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in the United States to engage with medical and scientific leaders, sharing balanced, evidence-based information. Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD/PhD/MD/NP/PA).
• 2+ years of MSL experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, or other specialty therapeutic areas preferred, with rapid disease-state expertise.
• Strong scientific & clinical acumen.
• Ability to translate complex scientific data into clinical practice.
• Drive for self-development, collaboration, and action-oriented work ethic.

Aufgaben

• Provide clear, informative, fair-balanced and compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders while developing an understanding of clinical practice related to areas of interest for clients.
• Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs and adapt style to situations.
• Participate in developing a customer-centric tactical engagement plan to support Medical Affair strategies.
• Maintain scientific knowledge through continuous learning and awareness of related literature.
• Collaborate with field-based Medical and Commercial colleagues to provide scientific insights.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries from HCPs/investigators/health systems with real-world evidence.
