Job summary

Baylor Scott and White Heart Hospitals in Grapevine, TX, seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist/Cath Lab Tech for full-time day shifts. Four 10-hour shifts weekly with on-call requirements. Must graduate RCIS/RCES/ARRT R program within 6 months of hire. Prior procedural hospital experience and additional certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• RCIS/RCES/ARRT R certification within 6 months of hire.
• Prior hospital experience in a procedural setting (IR/EP/Cath Lab) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Support invasive cardiology procedures in the cath lab.
• Ensure patient safety and prepare equipment for procedures.
• Assist team with anesthesia, monitoring, and post-procedure care.

Department: Invasive Cardiology

Position: Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist/Cath Lab Tech

Shift: Full-time day shift | Four 10hr shifts per week | 4-5 call shifts per month, one weekend call shift every 6-7 weeks

Call Requirements: STEMI and On call required (varied per location)

Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an RCIS, RCES or ARRT R program within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Requirements: Prior hospital experience in a procedural setting (IR, EP, or Cath Lab) and certification in one of the following: RCIS, RCES, or ARRT R.
