WakeMed is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 3A CV Intermediate Care team in Raleigh, NC. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure safe and effective treatment.

You will engage patients and families, communicate clearly, and uphold WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care model.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NC licensure or eligibility.
• Diploma in Nursing or ADN required.
• No prior healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans based on findings.
• Deliver nursing care, education, and ongoing evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to coordinate care.
