Job summary

Baptist Health in Little Rock, AR seeks a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular ICU. The RN will provide safe, compassionate patient care using the nursing process, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes.

The role requires an Arkansas license, and BSN is preferred. Shift is Day (0630–1900); 72 hours bi-weekly with training provided for CPR and specialty education.

Qualifications

• A new RN graduate licensed in Arkansas or in good standing; BSN preferred.
• RN license in Arkansas required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training as needed.
• Healthcare CPR required; some units may require ACLS/PALS/NALS; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide safe, therapeutic patient care.
• Collaborate with the Cardiovascular ICU team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to department and organizational policies to ensure a seamless workflow.
