Job summary

Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ, seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit team. You will deliver advanced care to critically ill cardiac patients and collaborate with cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and critical care specialists.

In this role, you will participate in patient management, care coordination, education, and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of innovation and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Critical care, cardiology, or CVICU experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced care to patients in a high-acuity Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and critical care specialists.
• Manage complex cardiovascular patients including advanced heart failure, cardiogenic shock, MCS, and post-operative needs.
• Participate in patient management, care coordination, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work within a supportive environment focused on innovation, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
