Virtua Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team.

You will work alongside nationally recognized cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary specialists to deliver exceptional care in a high-acuity CVICU, with responsibilities spanning patient management, care coordination, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Critical care, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, or cardiovascular ICU experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced care to patients in a high-acuity Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, advanced heart failure, and critical care specialists.
• Manage complex cardiovascular patients including advanced heart failure, cardiogenic shock, and post-operative needs.
• Participate in patient management, care coordination, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work within a supportive environment focused on innovation, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
