Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, with 10-hour shifts. Operating hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Every third weekend on call with a one-hour response time. You may be eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Cardiovascular & Electrophysiology Tech - Pediatrics to:
- Perform pediatric, adolescent, and adult diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures.
- Function independently as an expert technologist in invasive cardiology, assisting Cardiologists with complex procedures and overseeing technical operations for routine diagnostic through advanced interventional electrophysiology procedures.
- Be an expert in invasive cardiology procedures, with the knowledge, skills, and ability to educate and train staff within the department.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Technologist (CVIS) training program (Required)
- One year of experience in a Catheterization Laboratory, Electrophysiology, or Interventional Radiology, or participation in the CVT apprenticeship program may substitute for the educational requirement.
- Graduate of a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CVIS) Technologist training program (Preferred)
Work Experience
- Two years of Cardiovascular Technologist experience in a Cardiac Catheterization or Electrophysiology Laboratory (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR Certification (Required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months (Required)
- RCIS certification; licensed, certified, or registered by an appropriate credentialing program (Preferred)
