Qualifications

• Associate degree in cardiovascular technology required.
• 0-1 years of experience in cardiovascular or diagnostic service in an acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic procedures (EKG, etc.)
• Operates non-invasive equipment and monitors patient safety during tests
• Assists in patient preparation and explains tests to patients
• Documents results in the EMR with accuracy and timeliness
• Analyzes test data to support physician review and preliminary findings
• Maintains equipment calibration and inventory
• Adheres to radiation safety and infection control protocols
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintains regular attendance and compliance with policies
