Job summary

TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Tennessee is seeking an Echo Tech for PRN opportunities within the HCA Healthcare system. The Cardiovascular Sonographer will perform comprehensive cardiac imaging, including echocardiograms and stress tests, in a state-of-the-art diagnostic setting.

The role requires registry in Adult Echo (RDMS, RDCS, or RCS) and BLS within six months of hire. Candidates should demonstrate strong patient care, equipment handling, and familiarity with ICARE values.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current registry in Adult Echo (RDMS, RDCS, or RCS).
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Demonstrated knowledge of growth, development, and age-based assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cardiac imaging procedures including echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and transesophageal studies.
• Use Bubble Studies and contrast agents for diagnostic accuracy.
• Maintain testing equipment and clean probes with the TD100 system.
• Educate patients about procedures and assist with bedside studies or transport.
• Utilize digital acquisition and archival systems for imaging data.
• Participate in departmental call schedule and clerical duties for cardiovascular procedures.
• Uphold standards of practice and ICARE values.
