Job summary

Summit Diagnostic Center in Athens, TN is recruiting an Echo Technologist PRN to perform echocardiographic studies and related sonographic tests as ordered by physicians.

Qualifications

• Two years’ ultrasound experience required.
• Two years’ experience in cardiovascular sonography preferred.
• RDCS certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound tests with echocardiographic focus following protocols.
• Maintains sonography equipment and stocks supplies; notifies supervisor of issues.
• Maintains logs, film folders, and test results in an orderly fashion.
• Exhibits professional conduct with patients and coworkers; protects patient privacy.
