Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operating room support as a Physician Assistant in cardiovascular surgery.
• Obtains patient history, performs assessments, orders and interprets diagnostic studies.
• Provides direct treatment and management of conditions with prescriptive authority or referrals.
• Counsels patients and families on health conditions and treatment options.
• Documents care delivery per specialty standards and policy; participates in staff education.
• Other related functions as assigned.
