Job summary

CHI St. Vincent Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to serve as the principal clinical and educational resource for the cardiovascular inpatient population.

You will bridge evidence-based research with bedside practice, mentoring staff and collaborating with nursing leadership to elevate standards of care and patient outcomes. You will lead screenings, risk assessments, preventative education, and care coordination, using technology to streamline processes and address patient concerns.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years cardiovascular clinical experience.
• Active RN license in Arkansas; BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical resource and mentor for cardiovascular inpatients.
• Develop standards of care, protocols, and policies with leadership and medical staff.
• Lead evidence-based practice initiatives and nursing research opportunities.
