Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks a Clinical Practice Specialist (CPS) to advance nursing practice across CVICU and CVIMC. This on-site, full-time role partners with nursing leadership to drive clinical excellence, education, quality improvement, and practice standardization in a high-acuity cardiovascular setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• RN license in Florida or compact state; BLS and ACLS required.
• Specialty certification preferred (CCRN) or PCCN acceptable for CVIMC focus.

Responsibilities

• Promote evidence-based practice and integrate into CVICU/CVIMC workflows.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide education, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
