Job summary

Berkshire Health Systems is seeking a Cardiovascular Center Supervisor to manage daily operations across the Cardiovascular Center at BMC and North County Campus. The role includes creating staff schedules, coordinating patient check-in, and ensuring seamless care across campuses.

The supervisor will work closely with other managers to provide coordinated care, handle supervisory duties, and act as a liaison with the medical community while prioritizing patient satisfaction and efficient service

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years administrative/supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• Associates Degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the Cardiovascular Center at BMC and North County Campus.
• Create staff schedules to ensure seamless patient care across campuses.
• Coordinate patient check-in and flow within the department.
• Serve as liaison for the medical community within BMC and externally; oversee supervisory duties (hiring, evaluations, schedules).
