Job summary

Cardiovascular Institute of New England (CINE) in Rhode Island is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiovascular team. You can focus inpatient or outpatient cardiology and enjoy a weekday schedule with no call and no weekend requirements.

You will work with physicians and experienced APPs, evaluating and managing cardiovascular patients, performing new patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, reviewing EKGs and imaging, managing medications,

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with cardiology interest or experience.
• Strong bedside manner and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to high‑quality cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform new patient evaluations and follow‑ups.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with cardiologists.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiovascular team in Rhode Island. Your Role

As part of the CINE team, you'll have the opportunity to develop broad cardiovascular experience while working closely with our physicians and APPs.

Depending on your inpatient or outpatient focus, you may:

• Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions

• Perform new patient evaluations and cardiovascular follow-up visits

• Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists

• Review EKGs, cardiac monitoring, imaging, laboratory results, and other diagnostic testing

• Manage medications and ongoing cardiovascular treatment

• Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications

• Coordinate care with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other members of the clinical team
