Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum Education: As required by certification and/or licensure.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of directly related RN experience in area of specialty
- Preferred Experience: 2+ years of directly related RN experience in area of specialty
- Required License: Current CA RN License
- Preferred License: Not Applicable
- Required Certification: American Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider
- Preferred Certification: Not Applicable
Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patient or assigned group on a unit.
- Coordinate plan of care with client and interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing and ancillary staff.
- Comply with CA Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
- Observe/direction of patient lifts and mobilization as needed.
- Communicate effectively in English and maintain documentation.
