Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Cardiovascular Physicians is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Acute Care NP or PA) to join our Cardiac, Thoracic, Transplant & Vascular Surgery team in Oklahoma. The role blends clinic, outreach clinics, inpatient rounding, and operating room responsibilities, supporting high-acuity cardiovascular patients across settings.

Qualifications

• Requires degree from accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Acute Care certification required.
• RNFA a strong preference.
• Current licensure as Physician Assistant or APRN in Oklahoma.
• Requires current BLS certification.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes detailed patient assessment including diagnoses and plans therapeutic intervention.
• Orders and initiates lab tests, imaging, and treatments as needed.
• Educates patient regarding prescribed treatment and medications.
• Maintains timely documentation in the medical record under physician direction.
• Outreach clinic responsibilities based on program needs.
• On-call responsibilities based on program needs.
• Regulatory compliance with program requirements; engages in Quality & Multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintains ongoing competencies for equipment and procedures per program needs.
• Reports to supervising Manager/Director.
