Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a Cardiothoracic Transplant Clinical Pharmacist to join the inpatient and ambulatory transplant services. The role requires advanced transplant pharmacotherapy expertise and leadership in education for PGY-2 residents and learners.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of $10,000 with a 12-month commitment; compensation range is based on experience and falls between $127,000 and $160,000 annually, with base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Must be eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts.
• Postgraduate residency/fellowship training required.
• Board Certification in Cardiology or Transplant preferred; required within 18 months of hire.
• Must meet Board of Pharmacy requirements to enter into a collaborative drug therapy management agreement (CDTM).
