Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Surgical Technologist for the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. This full-time, day-shift role (3x12s, 36 hours/week) focuses on Cardiothoracic OR support and patient care within a dynamic academic healthcare system.

Required graduation from a Surgical Technology program with BCLS certification; certification in a specialty area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Surgical Technology program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Preferred: Certification in specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care and surgical setup under RN supervision.
• Prepare operating room pre- and post-surgery; arrange sterile instruments.
• Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure timely handling of instruments and supplies.
• Demonstrate clear communication with the team and patients.
